Regular visits are made to different fields where missionaries work, most of which are in remote parts of the country. Such on-site visits help build trust with missionaries as we listen, encourage and support them.
Informal debriefing takes place during such visits.

Most missionaries desire to find a place where they can get rest physically, emotionally and spiritually when they come from the field.
We have a simple house in Ruiru that has continued to host missionaries
on breaks, holidays or on errands within the city. This has powerfully demonstrated love, value and affirmation to these kingdom champions, being a home away from home.

As per the need, we organize formal debriefing for groups of missionaries. This has been very effective in helping them process experiences on the field and gain healthy coping skills going forward.

Through fellowship, worship, and encouragement, missionaries leave renewed, strengthened, and ready to continue the work of the Great Commission.
