How it all started
Birthed in 2010 in response to the dire situation of missionary families…
Monica Miako, the Founder, observed following a 7-month mission trip to Marsabit County. Sharing the heart wrenching stories with friends after her return, it was felt strongly to form and register this faith-based organization in October that year.
The initial aim was to raise food support. The vision has since grown and expanded focusing on the spiritual and emotional health of missionaries/pastors over and above their physical wellbeing. We have
continued to pursue these dimensions of ministry to date as we encourage them to thrive where God has called them.
